They&#8217;re left as is, mostly because they&#8217;re installed on servers I no longer have access to, some use technologies like Flash which is for all intents and purposes defunct, or their code requires a significant update and I wasn&#8217;t its author, e.g. the Java chat in &#8220;Open Source,&#8221; and \/or simply because I&#8217;ve moved on.
